Hi! I’m Sally 👋 A seasoned content designer/UX writer, with a BFA in design and an MA in psychology 🎓 I craft content that is simple, accessible, and delightful. I’ve worked in areas like health-tech, Saas, and even web3 — transforming complex jargon into simple language. I’ve also dabbled in conversation design/AI, and recently got into script writing. Most of all, I love bringing folks together, building meaningful work, facilitating workshops, and generally making my design partners feel heard, supported, and empowered (I’m also a nerd who loves research, presenting, and teachable moments).
Philosophy: I delight in the pleasure of crafting straightforward error messages just as much as writing complex flows. I believe that the simplest asks have a great deal of impact on user experience.

Coming from a visual design background, finding content design was like finding my perfect match. My love for words and my deep understanding for human-centered design made the transition seamless and exciting. During the pandemic, I became a certified health and wellness coach and continued on to pursue an MA in psychology. This journey has strengthened my writing discipline and ignited my passion for finding work within orgs bring joy, value, and connection into people’s lives. I'm excited to join a collaborative team that shares my values for: empathy, education, well-being, growth, and vulnerability.
