Hi! I’m Sally 👋 A seasoned content design leader with a BFA in design and an MA in psychology 🎓 I aim to craft content that is built to be used with minimal effort (by ALL humans). I’ve worked in areas like health-tech, Saas, and even web3 — transforming complex jargon into simple language is my jam. I’ve also dabbled in writing for conversation design/AI. Most of all, I love bringing folks together, facilitating workshops, and generally making my design partners feel heard, supported, and empowered (I’m also a nerd who loves research, presenting, and teachable moments).
Philosophy: I delight in the pleasure of crafting straightforward error messages just as much as writing complex user flows. I believe that the simplest asks have a great deal of impact on user experience.

About me
Coming from a visual design background, finding content design was like finding my perfect match. My love for words and my deep understanding for human-centered design made the transition seamless and exciting. During the pandemic, I became a certified health and wellness coach and continued on to pursue an MA in psychology. This journey has strengthened my design practice and ignited my passion for finding work within orgs that foster connection and wellbeing. I'm excited to join a collaborative team that shares my values: empathy, growth, and vulnerability.
